Confident Parenting was founded in 2011 by Erica Desper, who is known as the Best Sleep Consultant and Family Favorite Sleep Consultant by the Main Line Parent and Philadelphia Family communities. Erica's own parenting journey involved serious sleep deprivation, postpartum depression, and other challenges that fed her dream to help parents dealing with similar problems. She has worked with the mothers and fathers of over 1,000 infants and kids around the Greater Philadelphia area and globally.
