Confident Parenting was founded in 2011 by Erica Desper, who is known as the Best Sleep Consultant and Family Favorite Sleep Consultant by the Main Line Parent and Philadelphia Family communities. Erica's own parenting journey included extreme sleep deprivation, postpartum depression, and various other challenges that fueled her desire to help parents facing similar problems.
